Why does no one ever bother to 'engage brain' when considering these types of 'jobs' ???

Let's work out, from first principles, what wages will be paid to those using a PC at home ...

Normally workers are paid by 'supply and demand' .. skilled workers are in short supply so command higher wages .. and the 'floor' is set by minimum wage legislation .. SO if a job can be done by 'anyone with a PC, no qualifications, no training and no interview', then, by definition, the MOST that these workers can expect is Minimum Wage .

BUT WAIT .. JOBS DONE ON THE INTERNET can be done by ANYONE IN THE WORLD, of ANY AGE so long as they have a PC .. so WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU PAY CHILDREN IN INDIA UK MINIMIUM WAGES ??

You wouldn't .. web based 'jobs' will ONLY be paid whatever 3rd world children would get ... i.e about 50p a day ..


PS any Company that allowed Internet access to it's financial systems would very soon collapse under the weight of fraudulant activity this would attract ..
