The court decides on child support amountbeased on a lot of information.
Since he has another kids, then a kid from you. How much money you make a year, that will also be considered.
Hire a good family law attorney and he will help you in all this.

How much Your CHILD gets will be determined by the courts, child support is not YOUR money. Since the other child was first in child support that child will be first in line and will get the largest percentage. How much your CHILD gets will be determined by what is left of the father's income.

One of the important variables to answer your question correctly is how much time does the Father spend with the child?
A computer program called a dis-o-master takes how much each of you earn, time spent with the child, and spits out a number.
To answer your question, one would also need to know how much you make and how much time you spend with the child.

You filed, whatever amount you receive is determined by the courts depending upon where you live. You will most likely receive between $600 to $700 a month.

Iam going thru a divorce too and my soon to be ex makes around the same amount. My lawyer said between $120-$140 per week. His lawyer said $130 per week and out of that money he has to pay the child care. So iam going to agree on the $130 per week. Hope that helps! Good Luck!

Each state has its own formula to determine the amount of child support owed per child. Your case willtake precedence over the next and for future use,you can always take him back tocourt for remodification of support if his income increases

That will depend on the judge. He will calculate a certain percentage (whatever he thinks is reasonable) of the $750 then split it with his other child EQUALLY...doesnt matter who filed 1st. You have to see a lawyer...he/she will advise you on this.

it depends upon how many other kids he has, what state you live in, how much YOU earn, etc. the state calculates child support depending on many factors.
it doesn't matter who files first. it's not a competition.
