I worked in a casino as a dealer and believe me, I was around the rudist and most negative people all day long.
I do yoga everyday before work and pray to God to be with me.
I know I should get a different job but I want to help my husband make money for our old age which is coming fast and it is they only thing I know that I can make good money at doing fast.
Hopefully just two more years of it and I' ll be done with that.

I imagine mentally coating myself in a thick coating of teflon non-stick material so that none of the negativity 'sticks' or penetrates. It works for me.
