Two beauties right in the top picks! I'd be tempted to simply combine Stella Genevieve or Genevieve Stella for the first/middle name combo. ;)

Of the boys', I really like Casper Felix/Phineas (prefer this simple spelling ... the other is too "Julia Roberts" at the moment, since it's not generally considered a traditional variant of Phinehas) and Cedric Oliver! Love them!

Individual comments and rankings (10 being best):

Girls First Names(our top picks):
Shiloh 2 - Sorry. This one just screams "celeb copycat" or "boy's best friend" in my mind.

Genevieve 10 - beautiful. Classic. Properly spelled. Plenty of nickname options. Overall, a versatile, classy choice that will suit both a young girl and a grown woman equally well.

Stella 10 - spunky, gorgeous classic. Ditto the Genevieve comments! You might also consider this as a nickname for Estelle or Esther, but I like it as a stand-alone just as much. ;)

Avery 5 - not a masculine crossover I "hate" on a girl, but it is much more masculine than most of your other choices, and obviously not as classic (since classicly, this is a strictly-male name).

Girls First or Middle Names:
Emery 3 - ditto Avery. There are so many feminine Em- names out there (Emily, Emma, Emeline, Emmeline, Emelina, Emilia, Emerald, etc.), it seems unnecessary to use a masculine one.

Delaney 6 - as a traditional surname long used for either gender, I don't mind this at all, but it does seem a bit dated (you heard it on everyone's lists just a short time ago, and it seems to be dying out already).

Ella, Ellie 6 - very popular, but Ella is still sweet. I'd prefer it as a nickname for something more interesting, such as Eleanor, Elinora or Eloise. But then I also prefer Nora, Nell/Nellie or Lucy as shortenings of those. LOL

Harriet 8 - love it. Nickname Hattie is adorable, and Hallie is a sweet option as well (though more popular, of course).

Kennedy 2 - trendy overused K name/surname that simply manages to blend in with all the rest. It seems your taste is above this. ;)

Keegan 1 - that's a male name.

Jacey 1 - just initials to me, and I know far too many children named Jacey, Jacy, Jacie, Jay-cee, J.C., etc. -- both male and female -- for it to even remotely appeal.

Charlotte 9 - lovely. Classic. Wonderful. ;)

Madison 1 - trendy, overused masculine name. Not at all classic (on a girl) or appealing.

Manhattan 1 - a random city name that happens to begin with the word "man" doesn't seem the way to go.

Arabella 7 - attractive, and fitting with the -bel/bella names trend without being overused or trendy itself. A nice choice.

Eloise 10 - so spunky, sweet and classic, all rolled into one! Love it. As a first name, you could have your "Ella/Ellie" here as well (though again, I prefer the less expected Nell, Nellie or Lucy). ;)

Caroline 7 - can't go wrong with a classic.

Annabel 7 - see Arabella. ;) I also like the less-common "belles" Claribel and Norabel.

Boys First Names(our top picks):
Kingston 3 - Jamaica or Gwen Stefani's son, so another Hollywood rip-off. One of those parents often seem to pick simply because they think it sounds "cool," with no regard to any literal or social connotations. Not the best choice.

Cooper 6 - nothing wrong with it, I just prefer the bottom two choices.

Casper 10 - quirky and interesting, but still completely classic. Great choice.

Cedric 10 - ditto. Familiar, not too "out there," but completely underused. Excellant. ;)

Boy First or Middle Names:
Julian 7 - like it a lot. Classicly attractive. As a first name, the nicknames Jules or Jude are equally appealing. ;)

Elijah 7 - nice choice, and Eli is a sweet, handsome shortening.

Phinnaeus 8 - but only if spelled traditionally (Phinehas) or in the familiar, simple manner (Phineas).

Oliver 9 - a very attractive classic. Getting more popular, but no where near the top ten or anything, so still a very viable option. ;)

Chandler 5 - a fine name otherwise, but too trendy at the moment (in the years since Friends, this seems to have picked up quite a bit of steam as a popular crossover choice for girls, which is a bit of a turn-off).

Collin 7 - common, but still a solid choice. I prefer Callum or Conall.

Phoenix 1 - another MANY parents seem to like because they think it "cool" or "unique," with little thought to the actual meaning or fact that it's not that unique. All the same people are using it. LOL

Hunter 1 - somehow naming a child "one who tracks and kills" seems an odd, not-well-thought-out, even violent choice. I realize it's a very common name -- trendy even -- and that's sort of the point. Do parents really think "Hmm ... track and kill is a handsome option. Let's name him that!" or is it more "I heard Hunter in a movie and think it's really COOL"? LOL

Felix 8 - love it. So quirky and interesting. You might also like Dexter (the two always go hand-in-hand in my mind LOL).

Demitri 6 - I believe Dimitri is the more familiar spelling. A fine name, but I'd only use it if it actually reflects your heritage. Otherwise it's one of those obviously-ethnic choices that might seem quite odd with an equally ethnic -- but opposite -- surname, such as Dimitri McEgan or something. ;)

Adrian 7 - like Julian, a classic that always manages to be attractive. ;)

Nice lists! Hope that helps!

Shiloh, Stella, and Avery are beautiful, but Genivieve feels more like a middle name to me. I like:

Shiloh Arabelle (Similar to Arabella)
Stella Genivieve
Avery Eloise

I like Kingston, Cooper, and Cedric, but Casper reminds me of the friendly ghost. I wouldn't use it. I like:

Kingston Phinnaeus
Cooper Elijah
Cedric Oliver

Shiloh: 8, lovely. it's very sweet but in a way that isn't too cutesy. works for a child and an adult.
Genevieve: 7, sounds girly and inteligent.
Stella: 5, i like this name, but compared to the others, it isn't as good.
Avery:7, this is a beautiful name that doesn't give any preconceived thoughts about the child.

Emery: 7, a more unique play on Emily. I like it, but for some reason it makes me think of erasers.
Delaney:5, it would be cute for a kid, but less sweet for an adult.
Ella, Ellie:8, a classic, cute name.
Harriet: 5, good, but makes me think of harriet the spy... not neccessarily a bad thing.
Kennedy:8, one of my favorites, it's unique but classy.
Keegan:6.5, sounds very interesting, in a good way. a bit masculine though.
Jacey: 5, nice as a middle name, but not as a first name.
Charlotte: 9, I love this name. i think it would be a wonderful choice for first or middle, depending on your taste.
Madison: 9, beautiful and fun. becoming a bit popular though
Manhattan: 6, it's alright, but it doesn't really sound like a name.
Arabella:6, pretty, but long. if you have a shorter first name, this would go nicely as a middle name.
Eloise:8, i've always liked this one. Eloise in the plaza was a great book when i was younger.
Caroline: 8, a classic name that isn't boring.is wonderful for all ages.
Annabel: 7.5, so many nicknames for this one. Anna, Ann, Belle, Bella, ect. very good choice.

Kingston:7.5, i like this one, but it does sound a bit pretensious.
Cooper:5, best as a middle name.
Casper:5, the friendly ghost.
Cedric:9, wow, i REALLY like that name. i would never have thought of it. good choice.

Julian:7.5, i like this one, it works with many middle names.
Elijah:7, strong and intricate.
Phinnaeus:7 a little bit over the top, phinn would be a cool nickname though. i like the name Fynn and Flynn. I;m not actually sure if those are real names, but i like them.
Oliver:8, I think this name will never go out of style.
Chandler: 6, i always thought this was a girls name, but i guess i was wrong. i can't really give a good opinion on this one, because i've always thought of it for a girl.
Collin:8, simple but cool.
Phoenix: 5, unique and modern, but it's a bit much.
Hunter:9, love this name. people named hunter are always so cool.
Felix:7, it has a nice sound to it, but it's definatly a middle name, i think.
Demitri:5, it's okay. sounds a little serious though.
Adrian:8, I haven't heard this name in a while, i really like the sound of it. good choice.

Combinations:
Shiloh Caroline
Madison Avery
Charlotte Ellie
Genivieve Emery
Stella Arabella (just kidding)

Cedric Kingston- i like this one a lot
Adrian Hunter
Julian Oliver

Other names to consider:

Classic:
Alice
Jill
Riley

Christopher
Jackson
Evan

Modern:
Tatum (i know it's a little weird, but i really like it)
Lyla
Hayden

Kaeden (alternate spellings: Kaiden, Kaden)
Parker
Mason
