I lowered the car correctly with eibach springs and struts. The car never made sounds until about 2 years after it was lowered. Everyone keeps saying it is because it is lowered but it is not the reason. When i hit small bumps in the road i hear a clicking especially in the front left. Only the front end it making a noise. It does make a clicking sound when i turn (sign of a bad cv axle) but is this an early sign of a bad cv axle?

Yes, it might be an early sign of a cv joint problem. I drove an 89 Accord with a CV joint problem for several months and I don't remember the "clunking" when I turned until the last few months before I had it repaired. See if you can find a mechanic who'll listen to the whole story.

You've probably hit the nail on the head. When you installed the lowering springs did you install adjustable camber plates, aftermarket struts, and a strut tower brace? If not your suspension geometry has been severely compromised. The poor little CV joints are operating at angles they were never designed to survive in.

All you can do now is to continue feeding it new CV Joints as they wear out.

Worn or dry upper and lower ball joints.

Bad CV joints usualy go "clicky-clicky" or "clunky-clunky"
Not "squeeky-squeeky"
