wow.. difficult one.. I'd have to say Oh in Ohio.. that role was one ONLY she could have done.. I love the Christopher Guest films though.. so, really ... hard to pick just one..

I would have to say Party Girl but the other answers that people listed are good as well. I would avoid Faye Grimm-that was terrible. I actually thought she was hysterical in Scream 3-her scenes were the best in that movie.
Who doesn't love Party Girl?

Oh well i work in an ice cream store in the course of the summer so of course i've multiple fave! Cookie dough, yellow cake batter, and pink cow (grape) are my fave's but wild cherry, butter pecan, pumpkin pie and cinimon apple are very good!!! Love tune... There you'll Be--Pearl Harbor :(

Little omit Sunshine. Watched a sophisticated screening. mind-blowing solid, Toni Collette, Greg Kinnear and Steve Carrell, Alan Arkin and the infants. the tale is so candy, sensible and humorous. heavily mind-blowing movie.
