Well I personally don't believe that either boys or girls are better than the other and I have a hard time believing that you are going to convince someone else of one or the other.
However, if you are simply looking for material to debate the issue then.....
Both boys and girls have certain advantages over the other sex but in different ways.
Physically, boys are "better" than girls. Boys are stronger, faster, more athletic and have better eye-hand coordination than girls are which also makes them better at most sports. Boys also usually "tougher" than girls physically and are willing and able to take more punishment than girls are. Girls however do have a higher threshold for pain than boys do (since they have to endure childbirth) and women outlive men. Society also balances the physical advantages of males out because boys are usually expected to carry things for girls, open doors for them and stand up for them in a confrontation. In short, boys "have to" do more physical work than girls do, so who really has it easier? Is being physically stronger or faster necessarily better?
Sex is also easier/better for guys than for girls (and with less consequences). Boys can't get pregnant, they don't bleed their first time and can have an orgasm with the quickness. Boys have penises (which is a big plus) and can jerk off easily whenever they want. Girls have clitoris' and masturbation is more difficult and less acceptable for them.
However, girls can have multiple orgasms (once they learn) and can go without sex for longer than boys can (lower sex drive). One could also make the argument that since girls can get pregnant that they are physically superior because boys will never know the experience of carrying and bringing another life into the world.
Mentally, boys and girls are roughly equal to each other though IQ manifests itself in different ways between the sexes. For example boys are superior than girls in some subjects like Math, but inferior in others like language arts (literature or grammar).
Emotionally, boys are less fragile and they don't have to deal with severe hormonal changes associated with PMS. Boys are more simple and girls more complicated. When guys disagree with each other they usually fight and either become good friends after that or one of them puts the otherin their place and they don't have a problem anymore. When girls disagree with each other, all sorts of plotting, scheming and vindictive things happen. Girls can have rivalries that can escalate and last for years. Girls often fight over a boy but guys hardly ever fight over a girl. Girls "fall in love" with boys more than boys "fall in love" with girls. Most boys just want to "get some". In general, being a boy is much less complicated emotionally.
However, boys are subject to testosterone which can cloud their judgement and get them into trouble. It can make them more aggressive at the wrong times or make them slaves to their sex drive. Girls don't have to deal with testosterone so, the argument could be made that girls are more level headed and practical than boys based on that. Girls are also generally more mature than boys are and since they mature faster they are less likely to make fools of themselves than boys are. Girls are also better able to scheme and manipulate boys into doing what they want more because of they mature faster.
Society cators to boys more in some ways, but to girls more in other ways. There are many double standards that let girls get away with some things but not boys and vice versa. Boys are expected to be tough physically and emotionally. Boys are not allowed to cry or express certain feelings without being labelled a sissy or gay. Girls are allowed to be "pretty" and make themselves up. They are also allowed to express feelings of friendship with the same sex or even observe the physical beauty of other girls without being labelled as a lesbian. Society is much more homophobic about boys doing this sort of thing. Girls are "allowed" to hit boys, but boys aren't allowed to hit girls. Boys are allowed (and expected) to have sex with many girls and are often labelled a pimp or a player by doing so. A girl that has sex with a lot of guys is labelled a ho or a skank. If a girl is a virgin, she gets more respect. If a guy is virgin he has no respect. Girls can actually have sex anytime they want and for the most part with whoever they want. Boys have to "chase" girls more often than not. Even the best looking guy can get sexually rejected. Boys are allowed to talk about sex openly, use vulgar slang, spit, fart, belch and scratch themselves. For girls to do that is usually viewed as inappropriate. Girls often aquire more sympathy from peers and mentors when going through personal problems. Boys are for the most part on their own!
So who has is better, boys or girls? I still don't know! Hope I helped you though.

Don't stress this. Many times problems (if it should be called that) like your own is a sign of self consciousness or insecurity. It all depends on what u are thinking as you look at the parts of the other females. You're probably just looking because in your mind you'd like to see how another female looks in contrast to yourself.

Okay well guys are said to be better at direction, math, science, and general problem solving, however a study has proven that it's not because they are smart, it's because they try things without having to know they are right first, basically guys don't think before they act, therefore they get things done, while before girls write done the answer to a problem they have to know it right first, get it? guys will just write whatever they are thinking, girls second guess themselves too much. Okay now girls are better at linguistic skills like talking understanding and listen, because naturally guys have a thing in thier brain that doesn't allow them to be good listener, and their vocabualry is 1/100 the size of a womens, In conclusion, the reasoning behind both of these traits is because men are more instinctive, and generally don't think before they act/say, girls do.

Well, girls and guys have their own strength and weaknesses so you cant say guys are better than girls. In fact, girls have better memory power, they can concentrate on many issues at one time. Child birth pain is something that no guy can endure. I have come across many guys who actually vomits and faints by witnessing their wives' birth.

In the end we all have Special Abilities, which make us unique.
Its not a question of whos better.

It's been scientifically proven that men tend to have better co-ordination than women, which is why women tend to find it harder to manouvre cars or drive in reverse. Women however tend to be better at multitasking.
