Ok, this will sound very wierd, but I lost 45 pounds, and for some reason, I'm alot more sensitve then I was before, is that normal, or weird?

I would think that it would be normal. You now have less fat in the way of your bodies sensors. I think that means you lost some good weight, nothing at all to be worried about.

First of all, congratulations on your weight loss. I wish you total success with your weight control.

Second, the reason that people feel sensitivity or ticklish sensations on their skin is because of all the nerve endings under the skin. I guess that it is possible that the fat reduction during your weight loss exposed more of the nerve endings to the skin causing more sensitivity than before but I cannot claim that to be actual fact.

I have known people who are quite obese to be extremely ticklish, too. This means that, despite all the fat their bodies are carrying around, they still have plenty of nerve endings to make them very ticklish.
