Let's see:
Tourists:Summer(in Florida)- short shorts, tank tops, sweating a lot, sunglasses on, bad sunburn, hat
Locals: Summer- can be wearing pants in 100 degree weather, tan, not too fat, not sweating profusely, and doesn't get lost trying to find the beach.
Tourists: Winter- Pants, long sleeved shirts, heavy jacket
Locals: Winter- Shorts, short sleeved shirts, maybe a light jacket, at the beach even in this weather

They will have a backpack/daypack on their backs and walking sandals on their feet - possibly even knee high socks and khaki shorts...... and they would be holding a map upside down talking in a foreign language or in a different accent!

They're wearing a t-shirt that says the name of my city on it. As if anybody would be proud enough to be from here to actually pay money to announce it.
