What is the name of the scary movie...?

I saw the prewiev in the theatres couple month ago. What i remember is there was this little town where normal people live, and somebody got pulled under the house by a creature or zombie... And i remember it was always dark, cold and snow. Maybe it is in Alaska or Canada.
Can you help with the title??

"30 Days of Night". It's a vampire film coming out in Oct.
