There's something really fishy going on here. He will likely will make an appearance mid-season. I don't think its fair to the fans or to the league's financial structure for him to be playing these stalling tactics and I'm sure Burke is way more involved than he says he is.

He was suspended by the ducks for not showing up for camp, and now he's deciding when he wants to come back, im sure if the ducks struggle he will, but if they are doing good for like half a season he might return, it might not be for a while though.
I have him on fantasy too, along with Selanne. i hope they both come back
