How do you keep a room from getting dusty?

I don't like dust. I don't like my things getting dusty and I don't like breathing it. It makes me sneeze. I want to know how you keep your room from getting dusty. I was thinking about buying an air purifier to remove dust particles from the air. What do you do?

yeah but dust is probably about 75% dead skin cells.

NSA makes a pretty good air filtration system.

Haha, good question, no dust???? Have your house hertmetically sealed. did you know your skin completely replaces itself by shedding? Yeah, in 6 months you loose 10 pounds of dead skin cells. But that's skin, not dust.
