The new Halloween was the only one I ever saw, but it was VERY AWESOME! Sorry, I can't give a comparison though.
From the little bits of the other Halloween movies I saw, it was alot better. My friend just said she saw the other ones and she thought they were lame.

It was really good, my favorite Halloween so far. Kinda brutal, but that was one of the things that made the movie great.

im personally a fan of the orginal and this one is quite different, i liked the way it was presented and shot and i like the way rob zombie does things but i think it could have been abit longer so it didnt seem as rushed.
so id say no not better than the orginal but better than some of the sequels tho

Or some other horror flick villian as a child

I saw it and I would say it's the best by far. It disturbed the hell outta me! However, it kinda ruins all the other movies with the plot.

I SEEN IT AND IT WAS VIOLENT AND BRUTAL. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS JUST AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL..UNDER 17 SHOULDN'T SEE IT.
