I have not done that, but I believe McDonalds probably has more fat than is recommended by Alli. So you'd probably have interesting bowel movement. Most likely pooped in your pants or something.
Remember what you can and cannot eat.

That is the way this pill works. You have to EXTREMELY restrict your fat intake or you will get diarrhea. Make sure you are reading the pamphlet that came with the pills. That is what it is there for.

its not only McDonald's...its almost every where.just watch your grease intake..
