last night i was at my friends house with a few people, and basically ended up hooking up with this girl on my friend's couch. next thing i know, i feel someone pulling me and punching my head and it was this guy that my friend had invited. evidently, the girl i was hooking up with had sex with the guy trying to kick my *** recently which i really had no idea about until after. my friend's brother was there and pulled him off and kicked him out.

my problem is im not sure if i should press charges or file a complaint or whatever because we were all intoxicated except for the person assaulting me and the brother that pulled him off.

what should i do?

Hmm. Thats bad.
But..I dont think you should press any charges. Yeah, he did assult you but still.. He probably did you a favor anyway, hooking up with some random girl who, I take it, hooked up with the guy who assulted you. How many other guys did she hook up with that night. If you did do anything with her you should def get checked out. Thats nasty..no offense. that slutt probably got a std or something. You never know now a days. ( Some of the answers on here are funny lol.)Then theres the fact that everyone was drunk except for the guy and the guy that pulled him off of you. What do you think police will say to that?? I just would of hit his bittch *** back thou, I wish somebody would do that to me. But yeah, I think you should just drop it and move on.

Call the District Attorney. You have grounds to file assault and battery charges. Crimes should not go unpunished.

The police may not be interested since you did not call at the time of the attack.

Let it die.
The girl doesn't sound worth the trouble.
Although there's nothing illegal (as long as you're all of age) about being intoxicated~
You'd kinda be a panty-waste to take legal action.
He got kicked out, so you already won

you should thank him instead... why would you want to hook up with a girl who is already sleeping with one guy and who knows how many others.

Sounds like she is the one needing an *** kicking.

No, it seems to me you don't wanna be around this woman or the guy who beat you up anymore than need be, as they have issues to be resolved. Take it as a learning experience and get the hell away from them!

I would, if this guy act like this sober, I can only imagine him drunk. No one has the right to put their hands or fists on you or any one else. You were assaulted and that's a crime.

Were you hurt? Did you have to get medical treatment? If not, you have no damages so forget it. When people drink, they get stupid.
I hope this wasn't underage drinking, If so, something much more serious could have happened.
