I sometimes think there are no real have to's in life...but some of the things I personally have realized I do not have to worry about are what is anothers opinion of me, it is none of my business; approval, I finally moved past that; death, it will happen; if I am ok, I am; & saving others, I can't, although if they are open to it I might be able to show them how to save themselves. I'm sure there is much more, I am just more complex than this & have been around for awhile now, but this was all I could come up with off the top of my head. Some of the things we think we have to do like pay bills, etc. are not really have to's. We just must be ready to accept the results of not doing so.

as u already said, Worries in life are subjective and specific to individuals... so u dont really have to worry,as it is not a universal thing..
fact is u don HAVE to do anything.u choose to!!
Watever u do or worry about, is ur choice...u have a certain control or say in it.. the things u have to do,like breathing, etc, doesn give u much of a choice..

i dont have to worry about an "afterlife" , as i feel life goes on, we are someplace before we come to earth, we go on to someplace after this phase of life
i dont have to worry about bills, as i save and pay for things as i can afford them, and i know i can do without other things if i cant afford them (such as cable, a computer internet connection , the things one gets monthly bills for ,etc etc )
i dont have to worry about a job, because i spent years building up a good reputation, so i am confident of being employed in some way, even if its not my ideal job
i right now dont have to do my own housework, because my daughters boyfriend wrecked her new car i bought, and she owes me the deductible on her insurance (which i also pay for), and is working it off by cleaning my home! at the slow rate she is going, i am good for a few months! lol
but lack of these small worries and chores to do, while great, doesnt balance out what i do worry about and have to do
in working and taking care of myself, a 20 year old in college, an elderly father who lives with me, the cat and dog, worrying about everyones health and safety, needing to be there for all of them mentally and emotionally, i still worry alot!

I don't worry about anything. I mean, why bother? It doesn't accomplish anything to worry about it. I simply live day by day; taking situations and developments as they happen. I do what I can about the things within my control and don't fret about the rest.
