Don't say yes u drive a cab that does not count ur own car. I have but I know its kinda not smart. My mom got so mad at me cuz I'm 16 but the person went to my school so its cool.

nope but i got in a car with a stranger cos it was pouring down with rain and i was lost and it was a woman so yeah
but i wudnt have got in a car with a man cos thats just freaky

Yes I did, and it could have turned out real bad and I was very lucky it didn't. This guy's car was broke down and I was feeling like a samaritan and I offered him a ride home. A few minutes later he asks if he can smoke, I say yeah, and he pulls out a crack pipe and starts puffing. In my mind I'm thinking oh ****, this isn't good. He had me drive him past all his crackhead friends sitting on the porch so he could wave, like "look at me, I'm in a camaro", He finally got out and I'm surprised I didn't get robbed. I NEVER picked up a stranger after that. A lot worse things can happen.

Well it depends on your definition of a stranger. I have given a ride to someone I just met, but have seen around with my friends. However, I would never pick someone up from the side of the street and give them a ride. Or give a ride to someone who isn't known well by one of my friends. I think the most important thing is if you could trust this person.
It is definitely right your mother got mad, or else I'd say she was being negligent.

Yes, a long, long time ago in a very different world. While you were safe with an acquaintance from school, it could have been much different. There is nothing to prevent an acquaintance from school from deciding they would like to see how someone looks when they die. And if they think no one knew they were with you, then you could be their test subject. It is no longer that saner, safer world I knew as a teen/young adult. Of course, even that world was probably not as sane and safe as I thought it was; I was just too naive to know it. And so are you. Don't do stuff like that.

Yes, it was a hitch hiker. I just told him to hop in the back of my truck. I never roled down the windows or unlocked my doors.
