Which place is the best to build a sportshop The Hague centrum or Sceveningen by the beach?

Sceveningen is in Netherlands and i need to make a chose and choose one of the place and write an essay about which place is the best to build a sportshop please help. Also please give details on your answer. If possible website thanks.

Well, Scheveningen is mainly a summer season kind of place. Your shop might do well in July and August, but the rest of the year NO BUSINESS.
So clearly, in the Hague center there will always be people walking around every single day. Also the Hague will have international visitors all year, so they would be attracted by interesting window displays of a shop in a good location.
As for websites, look up tourist season in Scheveningen and give that data, compared to its year-round population. Also look up the population of the Hague and compare that to Schev.'s
Point out that ideally your shop would open in the Hague and in the summer open mobile units or market stands near the beach of Scheveningen (and other Dutch beaches like Zandvoort).
See if you can Google "sport shops in den Haag/the Hague"
Maybe you'll find they don't have many sports shops there, so you can add that point too.

Scheveningen is essentially a part of the Hague, and has many tourist and locals coming for shopping on sunny Saturdays and Sundays year round.
If your sport-shop is beach oriented it would fit in Scheveningen better, if it is general sports and team sports the center of the Hague will be more likely a good place.
