I usually think in English at work, in Arabic at home but I dream in both languages depending on the location and the situation of the dream. BTW, I knew that I mastered the English language when I stopped translating the vocabs in my head. You see, I graduated from public schools and never signed for special language courses. It's all self education and mainly TV series.

I dream in Arabic, think in English, and try my best to get my point of view through to people in Arabic.

It gets so frustrating for me at times coz i can't express myself well in Arabic and i keep searching for the correct word so long that i get fed up and start saying whatever i want in English. Mesh manzara Wallahy 3'asben 3ny.
