Euphoria?No,getting ecstatic about political proposals isn't my style.I believe in reason and too much passion tends to undermine your ability to be objective.
However it's a decent plan and America does need Universal healthcare

Once I see the bill for the "free health care" then I can truly become euphoric. Maybe you could ask the people who live in socialized medicine utopias who DIE while waiting for necessary treatment. Oh wait...you can't.
