I do not like surprises because once I ate something called "Admiral's Surprise" and I was sick for 3 days and could not go to school (I am teacher) during the exams. Doctor examined me and said I was poisoned from food. I do not think I will eat your food because I do not like surprises. No, I am a very good cook.

I consider myself a good cook....
I like making a lot of different types of meals:
Chili
Steak Parmesan w/ spaghetti
Veal Marsala
Shrimp scampi
Stuffed clam shells
Broiled sea scallops with lemon butter
Marinated chicken [boneless] on rice
Deep fried chicken [boneless] with white sauce and mashed potatoes
Corn fritters
Fried Dough
Beef stew cooked in a crock pot

I'm a great cook, worked professionally as one. Don't have a favourite dish, though. I like to mix it up too much.

How about if I made you homemade potato salad, country fried chicken, slow cooked collard greens, sweet butter biscuits and for dessert, home made banana pudding.
Also home squeezed lemonade

I have a reputation for my homemade spaghetti. I've been fixing the same sauce for years because no one wants me to change it at all. I cook up a batch about twice a year.

i love to cook... my favorite thing is baking tho... and i like to try new things..
yesterday for lunch , my new recipe is thanksgiving-saturday meal...i make a box of stove top stuffing turkey flavor, a lb of ground turky, mix it up, make it into a meat leaf shape, toss it in the oven, some cranberry sauce on the side, and french bread with real butter. and sweet corn too..
