Free my foot. Not free to pray in schools, like a good christian. Not free to display croses in public. The American freedom is a curse, , you are not free, you are doomed.
America has never been free. I am preety sure you know your own history better than I do.

freedom of speech. Atheists are everywhere. I say pray for them and let god work his magic.

Actually, I've read articles in serious publications & read it my online BBC news, that the US has the highest percentage of Christians in the developed world. There was a study about this released a year or two ago; you may want to research that. As for bad guys, I can't believe any country is free of them.

You can display crosses in public. You just can't make the government pay for them.
You can pray in schools, you just can't lead children in prayer while collecting your check from a government employer.

The USA's rate of Atheism is one of the lowest in the industrialized world. Japan and most of Europe have less religion.
