Lost Package?

I was sent a First Class envelope through the USPS.
I tracked it and the tracking says it was delivered.
We did not get the envelope in our LOCKABLE mailbox we had mail that day but not this envelope.
Any legal people out there can tell me what can I do to reclaim money for the lost goods??
