Personally, i'd go with PES. (out 24/10 in the UK) It feels, to me anyway, more like playing football than the Fifa attempt (which is out next friday in the UK).

the launch day has no longer been verify by ability of fifa or EA yet rumors suggested that's going to likely be out sept 29 and the Demo on august 28 and it will value 40 for modern gen that's xbox pc ps2 and 50 or 60 for next gen that's xbox 360 and ps3

depends on your preference in all fairness though i don't follow football games but fifa looks/plays/updates better, the characters in pes always look flat and uninteresting. it's up to you but i say fifa.
