sometimes yes, sometimes no. he's a great judger but sometimes so cruel, rude and mean.

yes i had a cat named simon and i had to give him back to the girl that gave him to me. he was evil or something. he could read my mind he knew what i was going to do before i did. sounds crazy i know.

Only if one of the things he says is "I have a gun", "I have a knife", or "I have a bomb"... something along those lines. Then again, you still don't have to do what he says, but you're taking a gamble, and the rewards are much higher for those who do what he says.
