This is a tough one since both aren't really that great - I think the Tennessee/NO game has a better shot of being a shoot out, which would mean that Brown should get a lot of carries when Young isn't passing. So I would go with him. Jackson going against SD will be a bit closer of a game, and Favre loves to air the ball out, making it less likely for him to get those valuable fantasy points needed for a W. Go with Brown.
