As stated, some/most of these are not yet released, but it gives you a glimpse of what I like, so, if you want to comment on these, please do, I would like some more recommendations.

There's a lot there just bubbling under that (finances allowing) i'll pick up too, as well as others you've not listed (GT5, Metal gear solid4 FFXIII and my biggest annual time waster Pro Evolution soccer 2008).

It looks like you have a long list of interesting and equally good games picked out, however I can't help but notice one missing..Eight Days.

Eight Days seems to be a great game to invest in, once it is released, I recommend it.
