A little story from personal experience. I got my belly button pierced when i was 14 and kept it secret cause my dad was totally 100% against it. my bro found out and wanted me to pay him to keep quiet, and obviously I didn't want to pay him. So I told dad that I got it done and I was really sorry, but my bro was blackmailing me. Dad totally let me off with it, and went mad at my bro for blackmailing me! result!
Honesty is sometimes the best policy. Make sure your mom knows that you're not going to do anything silly, it was just a kiss, and tell her you know you can talk to her if you need to.

It's sad that you have chosen to give your kiss to someone other than your husband. Every little piece of you that you throw away can never be returned and you will have a ton of baggage to drag into your marriage.

go tell your mom and be done with it its nothing much if you dont' make it out to be big deal. its something you do when you grwo up but so many feel grown up it wont' let him have a lead though take care.

Get to your mom first, tell her what you did, and tell her he's threatening you, but don't tell him you told her. If he tries to bribe you threatening to tell your mom just laugh in his face. Don't give in to him. That way when he goes to tell (thinking he's got the upper hand) he looks like a dork when your mom shoots him down.

trust me, as a mom-a kiss is not really a big deal (unless your're under 13-then i'd be pretty upset). you might get a pep-talk about sex (waiting till marriage,using protection,etc) but better to be honest than having your brother torment you about it.
or you can just remind him that he's far from perfect and unless he wants you running to mom everytime he screws up, then he'd better stay out of your business.

just let it go don't make a big deal and he will forget...if you have to tell your mom you really like this guy and you kissed him once most moms will be excited to hear their daughters have a crush

depends how old you are too be honest
12+ ... its all about the experience of growing up at least your not having sex ... maybe tell your mom before he does so she feels like you have a closer bond and you can talk to her about stuff like that :)

try to recall any dirt that you have on him. a tit-for-tat blackmail thing might do the trick. otherwise, he's going to hold this over your head for a long time to have power over you!
