I think it was Steven, who went to live with Wicksy (his biological dad) in New Zealand, hasn't been in show for a while so could be completely wrong :-)

I think it was Simon Wicks and Cindys son Steven Wickes. Although he has lost his blonde hair?

stephen wickes.
He was born just after cindy and ian were married.
It was later discovered that he was not ians son but David Wickes son.
He moved to new zealand when he was still small.
Pat evans is his grandmother.

cindy's son steven, ian brought him up then steven found out ian wasn't his dad, so moved 2 new zealand wit his real dad

I think its Stephen,Cindy had him with Wicksy(Nick Berry) he moved to Oz and now he is back!
