You are both probably going to be so excited that first time that a condom will help you from ejaculating to fast, but not that much if you're super excited. And lubrication is the key for her. But if it's really painful for her even before you are fully inside her you might have soothe her, then hold her tight and just do it but pull right back out. She will be sensitive more the next day then in that moment so after the pain subsides have intercourse. But if it doesn't hurt her that doesn't mean she's not a virgin. Some women just don't experience the pain, or she could have broken her hymen years earlier riding her bike, horseback riding, or some other way and she never knew it.

That's entirely up to you. It's a good idea to use condom for your wedding nite if you do not want to have kids right after you get married. The condoms does have the role play, it's all lubed to make it easier to penerate. It's your decision if you want to use the condom or w/o. Is she on birth control? Using the condom doesn't change about how you feel. All you'll feel is like a rubber instead of skin.

Condoms are not lubricated enough to help with anything, but the initial insertion. If you want extra lubrication, you're going to need to get some store bought lube. (this is what is probably needed to help with any possible pain she may experience, but the first time doesn't always hurt)
If you're both free of sexually transmitted infections, then you don't have to use a condom. If you don't want her to get pregnant, you will need to use another form of contraceptive. Pulling out is not an effective method of preventing pregnancy.

If you know you both are healthy (no STDs) and don't mind the idea of possibly getting pregnant I would forgo the condom and buy some Astro Glide.

If you are talking about her pain, then no. If you are talking about your pain then yes, a condom can make it slightly less sensitive.
