Dodgeball is probably the best comedy, in my mind. I always find myself saying the lines and nearly passing out from laughing so hard.
The New Guy was awesome too. "Have you ever had your manhood right-angled in front of the whole congregation?!" Gold...
The Mummy Returns was pretty funny, what with the rabid dog warriors and the sucking out of life...

i think Monty Python is by far the funniest movie i've ever seen. but The Princess Bride was pretty funny too.
