Am I wrong to be jealous, if my husband received a "free gift" (a brand new Ecko Jacket, worth prob worth $50-$60) from a girl from work, that said it was from another guy she met at a club, and he left it in her car and my husband can have it?!

I was mad!

Thanx.

Don't get too upset because there are no facts that back up that he received the coat in exchange for anything. I WOULD be very suspicious and keep an eye on him. I wonder she chose to give it to your husband if it belonged to another guy? I understand your initial reaction!!! Good LUck!!

Do you have any reason to believe that your husband isn't trustworthy? Do you suspect him of cheating? If not, I wouldn't worry about the gift... sounds like she just wanted to find someone who could use the jacket, but I've been known to be naive!

this girl is soooo nice that she gave ur husband a jacket from some guy shes been shagging in her car and he was in such a hurry to get out of there that he left his jacket eeeewwww

Does ur husband look like a charity case ???
1/ you can throw it out when hes a work and tell him it stank like a load of old fish
or
2/id return it to her and say my husband found some stains on it (aka Monica Lewinsky ) and it made him break out in a rash
Smile very sweetly at her be very very very nice to her and then tell her in a little soft voice that if she ever needs to get rid of her second hand property agin she should try the charity bins

I would be very insulted if i was ur husband - however i suspect theres more to it than that but without proof - its only suspision and that dont mean a thing

I wouldn't be to upset just yet. It's not like she went out and paid for the jacket. She's probably pissed at the guy who left it and it's more of a revenge thing. I'd just watch to make sure their isn't anymore of these "free gifts" because she could be after him.

That sounds a little strange to me, and i agree, it is his size and fit? I am not usually a suspicious person but i would be about that. Why didn't she just take it back to the pub? Just keep a close eye on his behavior. For your sake i hope nothing is going on. Good luck

Put it to you like this would your husband be upset if a handsome man started buying expensive gifts like a canary yellow diamond ring or letting you drive his mercedes benz? We both know the answer to this question.

There's no such thing as a free lunch. She should have returned the jacket to the club, if this is the truth. I don't believe a word of it, and neither should you!

I'd be a little suspicious of the girl but I wouldn't go crazy over it. I'd just keep a little eye on that lady!

No you shouldnt be mad. Just take it as being generous, by offering it to her co-worker instead of just trashing it. Besides she didnt go out her way and buy the jacket.
