When I first signed up, I did it so that I could help some people with my advice if I could, and so that I could ask for some information myself.
I never realized that I would actually find people here that are so interesting, smart, kind, and friendly. There are some people in my contacts that I feel I really care about, and I have never even met them. Is that strange? Does anyone feel the same?

Yup lol! Mai n Mohammed K n Rux! lol all three rock :D Hmmm and now I have an 11yrold friend on here, I need to get out more.. But who cares lol they're the best! Its not strange its a normal feeling :) I just came on Y/A for fun , never knew It would change my life so much :)

I correspond with a man from Australia that I've never met and may never meet, but I totally enjoy our exchanges and I find him to be one of the most intelligent, interesting people I have ever encountered. I get so much pleasure from what we share that I would really regret if I couldn't keep in touch with him. I have no idea what he looks like and I really don't care, I just know that he is brilliant, and that makes him extremely attractive to me.

Yep. At first, I was just adding people at random.
And then I found out people are really nice:D I was so happy when people starting to mail me as well. I know!! There are some I chat with these days, and now they're like my best buddies!! I sometimes feel it's strange for me to feel like this towards someone I've never met, but it's just the way I feel....

Yeah, I even thought what is Yahoo Answers! but I also found much interesting, Caring, Funny all kind of people on here. I am affraid I may fall in love with someone.

I thought it is good place to get lot of friends around the world but i feel that 98% people are the people i found here are not the people i am looking for..
Of course I have found some but very few and its hard to trust them too unless they are your onw people and relatives.

I already have 3 friends I socialize with that are on Yahoo,but I have made 4 other friends but online only and they are CaM1051Sec,AceMary , Lois C and Hotmum.

Yes, I've made a LOT of good friends from different sections and I've met a lot of them too and we still stay in touch until today.
Some of us do meet up on a regular basis :-)

I found the same thing............problem is, I put my comp in storage for over a year, and when I got back on, I found the old group of peeps scattered and out of touch with each other now!
