I didn't know the USA had a women's football team. (or a men's football team). Did you mean soccer? You are in the wrong section if you did?

There are more options for the top male athletes in the US than there are for the women, so some of our best female athletes play soccer. No other country has as many different sports that are options for their top players, so most end up playing soccer. Americans have baseball, basketball, and football, and to a limited extent hockey, which all tap the talent base.

USA does not like soccer. Most cant name any team in USA or anywhere else Most dont know when world cup is most dont even know when our sad soccer teams lose. USA does not even give a damn. IF we did we would probably be better than whatever crappy team u root for

They are very lame at Football. They can't play Gridiron at the international level because nobody else plays it.
I don't like their chances of being world forces anytime at all.
