Be yourself. I'll bet your cousin is just as nervous as you. And you have the advantage of being on your home turf. It'll be cool, just chill and go with the flow, you may even decide you like each other.

Act like a young lady from Houston. Be polite and friendly. Ask them their favorite things about the USA so far. Ask them what are the biggest differences in the countries. They will love you.
If you try to act differently, they will wonder, "What's the matter with her. She acts so different than everyone else we have met over here."

They are family so you don't or shouldn't have to do anything different to impress them. After all, they came all the way here to see you and hopefully you will be different from everything they've seen in London. Have fun. Tell them to send me a postcard when they get back to London.

Just be yourself. Of course be polite and respectful, but there is no need to talk with a british accent or to say "football" instead of "soccer".
Oh! Avoid talking about the Boston tea party or stuff like that. It might bring back bad memories ;)
