New people next door, has garbage out side thats been there 3 weeks, what do I do???

It;s 3 feet high and smells real bad. Can't set in back yard at all.

Code enforcement just loves to enforce people with stinky trash and then write them a ticket!! They specialize in trying to tell people how to live the life and what they can and can't do on their own property!!

Call the code enforcement office in your area if you feel you can't speak with the neighbor directly. Every county, city or town has a code enforcement department. Let your tax money do something for you.

walk over to their house, knock on the door and say "Yo, your garbage smells like funk-Please remove it. By the way, nice to meet you" and walk home.

Call the local department that handles it. Make an anonymous call.

Go up to them and explain the situation and volunteer to help them put it out on trash night.

However, I would chose option #1.

You're welcome to sit in my backyard if you would like. You can play the mandolin and my boyfriend can plays his guitar or drums. We can invite our answers friends and have a party!!!!

call the city and ask if it's some kind of violation of public health....or some kind of health hazard. if it is, then call the cops on them, that'll get um to get rid of whatever it is, and they probably wont let it happen again.
