Good old beef roast. I like it when it's done as pot roast, which is baked until it's falling apart, and which has potatoes, carrots and onions included. Very tasty.
We have pork roast occasionally, and I don't mind it, but it's also not my favorite. I liked lamb as a child, but I dislike the flavor now that I am older. Turkey is very yummy, though!
Isn't it funny that a roast seems to be such a common choice for Sunday dinner? I have a friend in England, and he and his family go to the market on Saturday morning, and he selects his roast for Sunday dinner from a fresh butcher's shop. It is, quite literally, the biggest shopping decision for the biggest and fanciest meal of the week.
