i need to change my photos format from JGP to JGEP from my pc. can anybody help

YOU CAN'T! As the others have not picked up on it yet, I'd better let you all know that there is no such file extensions as JGP or JGEP. However, I do know of two similar extensions for image files. These are JPEG and JPG but are not used in upper case letters. All file extensions should be lower case. Therefore, you appear to be looking for a way to change the file extension from a .jpg to a .jpeg. That is simple, right click on the icon required and select "Rename". If the file extension is shown, put the "e" between the "p" and "g". If the extension isn't shown, type " .jpeg" at the end of the file name. You will get a warning that you have changed the extension and you can ignore this. The file extensions .jpg and .jpeg are almost identical in format and can usually be changed this way. Another way is to open the file in your imaging application and then select "File" then "Save As" and then select " .jpeg" as the extension.

paint shop pro gives you the option to convert a selection of graphics files to the format of your choice.

either use a photoshop or a paint, then choose save as, and choose the file extension you wish
