It's a dream!! Your mind picks up on things that were hightlights during your day and that includes stresses. If this is something you worry about... Bingo! But hey, it is a dream and we all have wierd ones. I dreamt that my wife gave birth to me... what the hell does that mean!

I think dreams are just our unconcious working out our fears and insecurities while we sleep. I don't think it means anything just that you are afraid he might cheat on you. I would talk him about it, let him know it really upsets you and you need reassurance from him to make you feel better.
