Tiger Airways used to come in from India to Singapore but hey have stopped for awhile.I hear that they may Start up again.
What about Air India Express

try checking for promotional air fares on the net. you sometimes get some very good deals. Also get onto the singapore airways site. they also have some promotions happening.
You can also check with makemytrip.com. but i am not sure if you can get international travel rates on this site. Get onto google and see for promotional air travel rates. i am sure you will get something there.

There are many! Air Asia usually comes in the cheapest. :You book it on line. The earlier the better.
