Dunno. Just a little purple and white box/window asking if I wanted to take a y/a survey. I said yes, the it said it would take about 3 minutes, then it asked how many time I used y/a and it had choices like many times a day / daily / more than once a week / etc. Then next question was to pick from a huge list of words and which I associated with y/a. There were so many, i decided to close it out.

There are a couple of diff. ones. One just says Yahoo Survey and the other says Yahoo Adevertising Survey. Maybe the first one you saw was a Answers survey . Maybe.
