I would not serenade anyone. I have a horrible singing voice.
But I have a very nice speaking voice so I would whisper something nice and sweet and naughty.
And that would be music to their ears.

It would have to be something soppy, so how about "Looking Through the Eyes of Love" by Marvin Hamlisch & Carole Bayer Sager. The best version is Peggy Lee's recording - she makes it sound much more classy than any other version I've heard. Anyway, my "somebody" would just have to put up with me singing it:
