What do the individual voltages run? My -5 volt is over and my 5+ is under the limits What does -5 volt run? Are all computers the same when it comes to powering up hardware? Need to know.

You did not tell me what i wanted to know. So I looked it up through search and -5 volt is used as a signal when you turn your computer on from a cold start, it tells your power supply to turn on. That is what I meant.

+12V, +5V, +3.3V and +5VSb should be within +/-5% of those voltages. -12V could be within +/- 10%. These are standard specs for all PC power supply units.
