anything with protein in it. i use HEMP shampoo & conditioner. found it at sally's :) & then about 3-4 days out of the week i use Pantene Deep Conditioner Hydrater.

warm up coconut oil a little bit and gently massage to scalp and hair. give steam with hot towel for 20 min and tie a cotton cloth. keep that for whole night and wash off with shampoo meant for dry hair. if u cant keep for whole night. u can keep for 4 hours minimum

go to any good hairdressers and ask them to advise you, they wont charge you for it, but the shampoo & conditioner will be about £10 each - but I promise you you will see a huge difference in your hair!

I like Biolage Conditioning Balm. Also, Biolage makes a silky shine serum, but I can't remember the name, you use it after shampooing while your hair is still wet and it really helps - don't rinse it out though.
