You may be suffering from depression (see the link below for the symptom panel). You also may be suffering from the effects of a poor diet, or too much drink . . . You didn't mention these things.

A diet rich in B-vitamins can actually boost your energy, and help depression. You need to cut out the junk foods, and to eat more fresh fruit and veg. Also, drink water, rather than diet soda, coffee, and less healthy options.

Also, eat more salads, and use healthy dressings (skip the Ranch). Read food labels, and look for ingredients that are hiding as fats.

Another thing: Taking a brisk walk for about half an hour before eating will help your digestion, and increase your metabolism. It'll also work wonders on helping your mood.

If you continue to feel down, please seek the help of a professional . . .

Best of luck . . .

Before you go to bed at night figure out what you're doing the next day.

What are your priorities?

a) Get the groceries done.

b) Make sure work clothes get washed.

c) Would love to clear out the book shelves.

Decide at what point in your day these things will happen. Decide how long each task will take.

Life is easier if your aren't constantly playing catch-up. So, devote the 10 minutes to washing the plate and the pot.

Allow yourself half, and half. If you spend 8 hours on Saturday doing Nothing, cut back to four and figure out what you need to be doing for the other four hours.

It's called discipline.

It is developed. Consciously. It holds hands with responsibility and respect. it is a good thing.

It will allow you to have some self-respect.

Try it, you just might like it.

Get active! Go running, find a new hobby. Regardless of where you might live, there is always something to do! Here's what helps a lot: Make a list of things you've been wanting to do or set goals and just simply do them - you'll gain momentum as you accomplish each goal. Make it a habit of checking the list every morning you wake up and before you go to bed at night. If you feel like you don't have the energy then it's time change your diet and start excercising. Don't just tell yourself you are going to do something, you have to be proactive and just start doing it!
