Well, considering that a c-section is actually another term for *Major Abdominal Surgery*, no. A natural birth is the ONLY way to give birth. Women have been doing it for years. Twins, triplets, and quadruplets have, at many times, been birthed completely natural. She can do it!
Abdominal surgery is not the ideal way to have a baby. Its sad that so many doctors have convinced us women that our bodies aren't capable of performing labor to the extent of pushing our babies out of our bodies.
I know several, several women who have given birth to twins and are glad that they did. Sure, its more pushing, but that's what birth is. C-sections are overrated! They are not worth it. They may seem like the easy way to avoid giving birth, but they have their consequences.

It depends on the complications that may arise. Generally if both babies and the mother are in good health and in the right position for birth, there can be a high chance of a successful vaginal delivery. Usually they would only allow this to happen in an actual surgical theatre in case the need arises to do an emergency c-section. Or close by to one at least.
A vaginal delivery would obviously have the added benefit of being able to get up and around straight away which with twins would be so handy.
If the birth also happened early, they may let her deliver naturally because the babies would be smaller. My friend delivered twins naturally at 28wks, unfortunately one died because it got an infection (meningecocal)
Realistically if there is nothing wrong then there shouldn't be any reason to do a c-section, its just two babies instead of 1 with a much easier recovery time.
hope that helps

I gave birth to 4.5 kg twin boys naturally. And never had any problems. If there was a problem I would have had a emergency c-section.
"Daaling!" - grow up! I have been with my partner for 6-7 years, and we have 2 year old twins, and I am 7 weeks pregnant. Being married has nothing to do with child birth. Especially for people like me who don't believe in marriage!

If twins are in a robust place they may be introduced vaginally. even nonetheless that's unusual that the 1st twin is head down- a breech transport of twins isn't relatively useful. comparable with triplets, in spite of the reality that the prospect of being in a robust place for a vaginal beginning is even slimmer. In a good style of mulitple pregnancies somewhat is the safer option, yet many gadgets of twins may be born vaginally- your common practitioner will dicuss no count if a vaginal transport is a secure option for you. keep in mind additionally that multiples have a more desirable hazard of being born upfront, so emergency sections are complete with a view to help shop at-possibility toddlers.

It depends on the pregnancy. I had a c-section with my girls but that's because they were 8 weeks early. This is something you need to discuss with your doctor.
Also some people say it's harder to recover from a c-section but I didn't find that to be true. It depends on the mother. I was up and walking the next day and I was completely back to normal 2weeks after I gave birth
