as if right now, it's 4:50 a.m. here and I'm awake and don't go to church but have a lot of painting planned and a run

To me, though I'm neither a Christian or a Catholic, I visit the church on Sunday mornings to say my prayers in my ex-alma mater called St.Patrick's School. It's a school and chapel combined in one though.
After which I will head back home for breakfast before taking a nice long nap till lunch though. Gees.....What a lazy day though.....

My Sunday morning is scheduled for going to Church to be spiritually nourished. We get physical nourishment everyday already. Then in the afternoon, I enjoy my nap.

Sleep in, as I really think religion is for people who need to have a leader in their life to tell them what to do and think.
