My heart beats on average of 110 bpm
I have a fast heartbeat and suffer from SVT or Super Ventricular Tachycardia
That's just a fancy name for a VERY fast heartbeat!
Sometimes my heartrate reaches between 250 and 300 bpm!
Fortunately this has only ever lasted for the longest about half an hour, any longer and I have to take medication to slow it down. â¥

100 a minute minimum - more when i am moving about, but I have a heart condition so, yours should be less, around 70-80 should be a normal range at rest.
