We are definitely not all geniuses, but I do think we can be too hard on ourselves sometimes. I think one of the smartest things we can do is admit we don't know everything, but not let that be a reason to stop learning. Learning is an important life-long process that will keep us happy and healthy. :)

In everything in life you always have to remember that, just round the corner their is someone bigger and better than you.
Not only does that way of thinking keep you grounded, it also keeps you on your toes as it means you have to try harder and learn more incase that person ends up at the same job interveiws etc as you!!!!
