Katie-
"Cool" is a very subjective word.
No person here can say "yeah, you're cool" or "no dude, you ain't". None of us know you.
It sounds like your are a very beautiful teenager, that can be quite an asset.
But personality is an even greater asset. How do you relate to other people? How do you handle good-natured teasing? How do you handle a bad day? Are you a warm and generally stable person that other people enjoy being around?
There is more to being "cool" than having the right looks and the right friends.... Its something within you deep inside as a responsible young adult, where your values lie, how you respect other people.

Yes as cool as you want to be. Do you really need people that you don't know to answer that question? thats for your friends to answer. Thats not cool. Maybe you are not!!!!!! But its not too late you still can be cool just never ask that question again.
